You have been a constant source of information with this experience that was brand new for us, and while I know we had a lot of questions, you were always so patient and kind. You followed up or returned messages regularly both by phone and email and frankly brought perspective when we were uncertain about this process. We knew you were there every step of the way, which was a great feeling of support. I think the other piece is that you always let us know what to expect and that helped us feel in control, again key when we are in unfamiliar situation, there were no surprises at all. Thank you again for everything it's been such a positive experience working with you. We are so excited to see our new office in the New Year!
