I would like to sincerely thank the entire Shindico team for your many years of service. Over the last eight years that I have been involved I have appreciated your professional management; I have never had to worry about our building, it has always looked well cared for and the tenants appear to have been very happy. Your work to add additional tenants and all the related improvements have added substantial value to the property and were most certainly critical in the purchaser’s decision to make a serious offer.
