Shindico Acquisition Fund Wishes to Acquire Portfolios or Individual Assets
| Property Types: | Single tenant, (public listed companies) net leased, Retail, Industrial, Distribution or Office Properties |
| Lease Term: | Lease terms should be at least 15 years remaining |
| Transaction Size: | Minimum of $1 million, per property, with no maximum |
| Purchase: | All cash or will assume existing positive leveraged financing |
| Submissions: | Submissions should include: property description, site plan, lease terms, photographs, tenant sales history (if applicable), tenant financial information, competition map and demographic report |
| Broker Relationship: | This Fund will act as principal |
