Westport is an exciting new mixed-use development with 1,000,000 sq. ft. of proposed building area on 70 acres of land featuring retail, hotels, restaurants, offices, warehouses and multi-family opportunities.

Westport is adjacent to the dominant intersection of Trans-Canada Highway #1 (Portage Avenue) and the Perimeter Highway (#101) in West Winnipeg and has excellent exposure to the Trans-Canada Highway. Two signalized intersections allow easy access and egress from the site. The development is located within the City of Winnipeg limits with full city services.
