Shindico is looking for a Residential Property Analyst to support day-to-day operations across our multi-family portfolio. This role focuses on property-level reporting and administration: preparing reports, tracking rental arrears, supporting lease administration, and monitoring repairs and maintenance to keep each property running smoothly.

We value sound judgment, strong analytical ability, and genuine curiosity about asset management as much as a polished resume. The right candidate brings a thoughtful, adaptable approach to problem-solving and a track record of following through, qualities we look for as closely as industry tenure.

What you'll do

• Communicate daily with tenants on routine matters
• Support lease administration and tenant file accuracy
• Conduct regular site visits across the portfolio
• Assist with planning and execution of capital and improvement projects
• Track and report on budget variance across residential properties
• Assist with financial analysis for residential properties

What we're looking for

• Strong Microsoft skills and comfort working with data
• Sound judgment and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in real estate and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
• Experience with Yardi is an asset, not required
