Robert has been a commercial real estate professional since 1999. His focus has been on sales, leasing, and land development in the Industrial Market. Considered one of Winnipeg’s premium industrial agents, for the first 10 years of his career, Robert was with one of world’s largest commercial real estate companies where he was the Manitoba representative on the National Industrial Team.  

Robert has comprehensive experience in identifying parcels of land for development and/or redevelopment for international and local clients.  He has been and is actively involved in developments of over 1,600 acres of land in and around the Winnipeg Capital Region.  He expertise in the Industrial Market also involves working with Developers, Contractors, and Local Governments.

During the past few years, Robert has been involved in the leasing and sales of over 700,000 square feet of industrial properties, and the sales of over 2,000 acres of land.
