Jordan Garber

Leasing and Sales Analyst

Jordan joined Shindico full-time as a Leasing & Sales Analyst after completing two internships with the company. His first internship was in Property Management, where he gained experience in day-to-day operations. His second was in Leasing, where he developed an interest in commercial real estate through mentorship from senior brokers.

Jordan focuses on retail, office, and restaurant leasing, using market research and data analysis to support clients' decisions and improve property performance. As a graduate of the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba, Jordan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree. He applies his business background to help tenants and property owners identify and execute leasing opportunities that support their long-term goals. He also has a particular interest in helping brands expand into new markets across Canada.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys golf, fitness training, mixed martial arts, and spending time in Gimli during the summer.
