Winnipeg, MB – October 10, 2025 – Shindico Realty Inc. is pleased to share that Justin Zarnowski, General Counsel, has been named the 2025 Director of the Year by The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce. The award was presented at the Chamber’s Annual General Meeting on October 9, 2025.
Justin has served on The Chamber’s Board of Directors since 2022. He has provided input on municipal and provincial policy issues, contributed to the Chamber’s rent-assistance policy work during the pandemic, and supported the organization with real estate and leasing expertise during its office move.
Outside of The Chamber, Justin volunteers with Manitoba Soccer Association, and Justin has been elected to the Board of Directors of Knowles Centre - a nonprofit social service agency that provides therapeutic and skills-based programs for youth.
“Serving on The Chamber board has been one of the highlights of my career,” said Justin Zarnowski. “I’ve had the opportunity to work with great people and contribute to discussions that impact Winnipeg’s business community. This award is appreciated, but the real value has been the experience itself.”
