Founded in 1989, CORFAC currently has 75 offices in the U.S., Canada and international markets.

 Retail Brokers Network Know, Like, Trust. Our retail division and team are members of the Retail Brokers Network (RBN). Founded in 1992, RBN is a retail networking group whose members specialize in Retail Real Estate Brokerage. Our independent firms work together on a regional, national, and even the international level in all areas of commercial real estate including: tenant representation, investment sales, and project leasing. Individual Brokerages may also offer services to include: property management, property sales, redevelopment, and disposition. RBN members come together in different ways throughout the year to increase business and to socialize.
 CCIM

A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. CCIM members are based in more than 1,000 markets in 30 countries around the world and close thousands of transactions annually, totaling more than $200 billion in value. The CCIM Institute offers commercial real estate practitioners the opportunity to elevate their business practices through focused education and networking. With over 13,000 members, the coveted CCIM designation is recognized as a hallmark of professional competency. Shindico’s President & CEO, Sandy Shindleman, has been a CCIM instructor for more than 37 years and has also served on the Board of Directors, the International Affairs Committee and is Past President of the CCIM Education Foundation.
  The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) is a leading association for office and industrial real estate professionals. With just under 3,100 members in more than 630 cities and 34 countries, SIOR professionals are recognized as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market. Real estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market. The Counselors of Real Estate As respected real estate specialists in the industry, Counselors of Real Estate work on complex projects, effectively run real estate businesses, and are known for innovation and creative solutions. They provide unbiased real estate advice that is in the best interest of the client or employer. The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) is an international organization with a strong American base and a global reach, with a presence in 20 countries world-wide.  Members who hold the CRE credential are senior real estate decision makers; they are a diverse, seasoned group encompassing a variety of backgrounds – developers, investors, appraisers, attorneys, financial experts, portfolio and pension fund managers, architects, etc.
 RICS RICS is the world's leading qualification in real estate, construction, valuation, and associated industries; it shows commitment to following the highest standards of professionalism and evidences core technical expertise, plus continuous training and development. RICS qualified professionals have demonstrated significant career achievements, met rigorous academic standards and fulfilled professional training in their field of practice. RICS has members operating out of over 150 countries supported by an extensive network of offices around the world.

The Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation is specifically for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS®. Comprised of over 2,000 real estate professionals specializing in all types of real estate, the CIPS Network provides a 360° view of the global market. In any type of international real estate transaction, members are consumers' best and most trusted resource for navigating the international market.
 Winnipeg Commercial Realtors  The WinnipegREALTORS®'s Commercial Division is one of the long-standing commercial divisions and is known nation-wide for being progressive and active on many fronts.
 ICSC ICSC is a member organization for industry advancement, ICSC promotes and elevates the marketplaces and spaces where people shop, dine, work, play and gather as foundational and vital ingredients of communities and economies. ICSC produces experiences that create connections and catalyze deals; aggressively advocates to shape public policy; develops high impact marketing and public relations that influence opinions; provides an enduring platform for professional success; and creates forward thinking content with actionable insights — all of which drive industry innovation and growth. 
 BOMA The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Manitoba actively assists real estate developers and operators of commercial office space to become more expert, professional, and accomplished in their fields, as well as to create better tenant environments and more stable investments for the owners. BOMA aggressively represents the needs and interests of office building owners, investors, developers and managers, in addition to representing municipal, provincial, and national legislative bodies. BOMA provides a network and forum for industry professionals and service providers to discuss mutual problems, exchange ideas and share experiences and knowledge.
 PPMA The Professional Property Managers Association was first organized in 1984 and currently represents 60,000 rental units. PPMA is the sole voice for the residential rental industry in Manitoba. The association is comprised of Manitoba’s leading community of knowledgeable, ethical and innovative property managers. PPMA's goals are to drive positive change in legislation, foster growth and cooperation with associate members and provide guidance and access to industry leading educational tools.
 CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER The CPM® (CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER®) is an elite, globally-recognized property management designation.  Originating from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the CPM® demonstrates a mastery of the analytical and leadership skills needed to enhance the short and long-term values of large real estate portfolios, including residential, commercial, condominium, industrial, institutional and mixed-use.
 Canada Green Building Council The Canada Green Building Council is a not-for-profit, national organization that has been working since 2002 to advance green building and sustainable community development practices in Canada. Together with our membership of over 1600 industry organizations involved in designing, building and operating buildings, homes and communities, the Council has made excellent inroads toward achieving its mission of reducing the environmental impact of the built environment.
