Shindico was very pleased to partner with the WRHA (Winnipeg Regional Health Authority) in the construction of their newest ACCESS centre in Winnipeg. ACCESS Fort Garry, located at 135 Plaza Drive (near the intersection of Pembina Highway and Bishop Grandin Boulevard) opened its doors to the public on Monday, June 20th.

ACCESS Fort Garry

After 18 months of design and development by a very capable team of consultants and contractors, the building was ready for staff to begin moving in on June 6th of this year, in anticipation of opening day. The new ACCESS Fort Garry building offers more than 50,000 square feet of modern space on three floors. It was designed in accordance with the new National Energy Code for New Buildings that became effective in Manitoba on December 1, 2014.
